Our goal is to enable organizations and individuals to perform at the highest standards and achieve measurable impact.Currently, we are on the lookout for a Data Centers Trainer as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver specialized training programs on data center design, operations, power management, cooling systems, and business continuity.Explain global reliability and certification standards such as Tier Standards and Uptime Institute frameworks.Train participants in best practices in risk management and service continuity within data center environments.Develop training content addressing the transition toward Green Data Centers and sustainable infrastructure practices.Support the Human Infrastructure Maturity Assessment processes related to data center operations, as outlined in the project’s Maturity Assessment phase.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5–7 years of practical experience in data center management or operations.Proven experience delivering training programs within national or government initiatives.Relevant professional certifications such as CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional), CDCS (Certified Data Centre Specialist), or equivalent.Experience in data center expansion, modernization, or infrastructure upgrade projects.Ability to train both operational and managerial teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
