With a strong focus on data integrity and quality, we aim to leverage our data‑driven solutions and support our clients in driving data‑based decisions.Our BenefitsHybrid working structureRemote working policiesVisa & insuranceLeave increment based on tenureLearning platformsCareer growthJob DescriptionOur Data Team is looking for a Data Relationship Executive to strengthen MAGNiTT’s data network by managing relationships across the Venture Capital and Private Equity ecosystem and ensuring that the information reflected on our platform is accurate, reliable, and up to date.You will play a key role in supporting our market intelligence by engaging with ecosystem stakeholders, coordinating closely with internal teams, and helping maintain the credibility of our datasets.If you are passionate about VC/PE, naturally outgoing, and thrive in roles that blend communication with analytical thinking, we should talk about how you might contribute as a Data Relationship Executive at MAGNiTT.A good candidate will look to do the following:Maintain active communication with a diverse range of VC stakeholders (VC investors, Accelerators, Startups, Corporates)Collect and verify contact information from investors and startups, and keep an updated databaseGather VC data directly from investors through quarterly outreach exercises, ensuring accuracy and completenessCollaborate with the Data Operations team to validate and verify funding information sourced from investorsCreate case‑studies to show investors the value of having their data on MAGNiTT's platformSupport the team in collecting funding information on an ad hoc basisJob RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications2+ years of experience in a Customer Experience role in the data industry or similarFluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skillsBackground or familiarity with Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) industryKnowledge of GMass (Google mass messaging tool) and HubspotExperience with contact-finding platforms (Lusha, RocketReach, etc)Proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of formulas and data manipulationStrong problem‑solving skills with a practical, solution‑oriented approachGood to have/beExperience using Tableau for data filtering and exportingExperience working in a VCInterview ProcessFirst InterviewA 30‑minute video call with the hiring manager, where you can describe your background and highlight your strengths.
