We’re a high growth scale-up with strong inbound demand and a clear growth mandate.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Role Overview</b></p><p>We are hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive targeted pipeline and demo requests across EMEA.</p><p>This role is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated demand generation campaigns that support our EMEA sales teams — with a strong focus on events, webinars and lead nurture. You will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and the wider Marketing team to deliver high-quality leads, support account engagement, and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities.</p><p>This is a hands-on execution role. You will be running campaigns end-to-end, managing timelines and channels, and continuously improving performance based on data and sales feedback.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Plan and execute targeted demand generation campaigns across EMEA, aligned to priority segments, regions and sales goals.</li><li>Run webinars and in-person events end-to-end, including planning, promotion, execution, follow-up and performance analysis.</li><li>Build and optimise lead nurture journeys to convert interest into demo requests and sales-ready leads.</li><li>Work closely with EMEA sales teams to support pipeline creation, align on campaign priorities, and improve lead quality and conversion.</li><li>Own campaign execution across key channels including email, paid media, and marketing automation.</li><li>Track and report on demand generation performance, including demo requests, lead quality and conversion, using insights to continuously improve results.</li><li>Support account-based and highly targeted campaigns in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or scale-up environment.</li><li>Proven experience running webinars, events and integrated campaigns that drive leads and demo requests.</li><li>Strong experience building and optimising lead nurture journeys using marketing automation tools.</li><li>Comfortable working closely with sales teams and being accountable for lead quality and pipeline contribution.</li><li>Highly organised, execution-focused and data-driven, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.</li><li>Experience working across EMEA markets is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in HR tech, compliance, RegTech or complex B2B buying journeys is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We are an all-remote organisation with ~200 people distributed globally.
