The successful applicant will bring creativity precision and a love for desserts to our dynamic kitchen.What are we looking forMinimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.Culinary diploma or relevant certification in Pastry or Bakery.Attention to detail creativity and a flair for presentation.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Team player with a positive and professional attitude.Oral and written fluency in EnglishEnjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Lives and breathes the Shangri-La Values.What will you doPrepare bake and present high-quality pastry items in line with hotel standards.Assist the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of the pastry kitchen.Ensure consistency in taste presentation and portion control.Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP.Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and trainees when required.Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.Work closely with colleagues to keep excellent cleanliness standards.Traders Hotel Qaryat Al Beri Abu DhabiThe hotel comprises 301 well-appointed guestrooms and suites.
