Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Department Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination activities within the department.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the departmentAssist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documentation and recordsSupport basic finance‑related processes (LPOs, invoices, tracking, and filing)Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to internal proceduresSupport reporting and data tracking as requiredLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when neededAssist the department in meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentProvide general coordination and team support as assignedRequirementsPrevious related experience in an administrative or support roleExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Basic understanding of corporate procedures, finance, and documentation processesResult‑oriented with strong attention to the detailsQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processesReliable and responsibleStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetAble to work under timelines, pressure, and in a fast‑moving environmentPleasant and professional personalityAbout the companyQureos#J-18808-Ljbffr
