Job Title: DHA Licensed - Homecare NurseJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPosition SummaryMalaak is seeking a compassionate and experienced Homecare Nurse to join our in‑home care team. The ideal candidate should be a nursing graduate, or midwifery have an RN license with practical experience in childcare and/or elderly care. This role is perfect for someone who values patient‑centered care and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Home Care: Provide high‑quality, compassionate care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation. Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy.Care Planning: Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, tailored to meet each client’s unique health requirements and personal preferences.Patient and Family Education: Offer guidance and support to families, educating them on elder care techniques, proper use of medical equipment, and ongoing care needs.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards.QualificationsNursing graduate or Midwifery graduate (Bachelor’s degree or diploma) with experience in childcare or elderly care.Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with experience in or childcare and/or elderly care.Preferably PH candidates.ExperienceA minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting focused on homecare services.Skills and CompetenciesStrong understanding of childcare or elderly care needs, including chronic condition management and personal assistance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate, patient‑centered approach.Ability to work independently and provide high‑quality care in a home setting.About UsMalaak is committed to delivering exceptional, in‑home care to clients, prioritizing comfort, dignity, and individualized care.
