Director Administration & Operation Management KSA

OverviewJOB PURPOSE: The Director of Administration & Operations Management is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functions across KSA. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination between technical, commercial, and support teams to support large-scale telecom projects.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementLead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.Oversee resource planning, workforce deployment, and vendor/subcontractor management.Administration & Support FunctionsOversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Muqeem, Iqama, and visa regulations.Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and reporting structures.Financial & Cost ControlMonitor operational budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.Coordinate with finance on invoicing, collections, and cash-flow planning.Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.Governance, Compliance & RiskEnsure compliance with CITC (now CST) regulations, client requirements, and company policies.Manage operational risks, audits, and corrective actions.Maintain high standards of HSE and quality compliance.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead senior managers and department heads; drive performance through KPIs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
