If you are driven by scale, impact, and the chance to build something iconic from the ground up, Qiddiya is calling for you.Position OverviewThe Director of Contract Management for Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in Regional Links Transportation plays a critical role in overseeing and facilitating the successful execution of transportation projects linked to regional infrastructure development. This position involves the management of contracts, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while optimizing project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborating with advisors and stakeholders throughout the development of tender and project documentation including the project agreement, and all commercial and technical requirementsSupporting the execution of the procurement phase, including solicitation, receipt and evaluation of bids, and negotiations with bidders leading to contract awardRepresenting the Project Owner in engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and securing of required approvalsEnsuring that safety is put in first place in the development of the requirements, tender documents, construction programme and methodologyFocusing on customer experience in the development of the requirements and tender documentsManaging the interface between the EPC and PPP contract packages ensuring that risks are mitigated and a balanced risk allocation is achievedLeading and mentoring the junior members of the team, transferring knowledge and experienceApplications closing on 3rd March 2026.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree and/or post graduate degree qualifications with minimum 15 years of experience in managing tender process for large infrastructure PPP projects. Rail and transport and rail operations experience is preferredProven experience in the GCC region is a distinct advantageStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsIn-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing transportation and PPP projectsBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
