Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) PracticeThe Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice is part of the Work & Rewards segment and our practice focuses on aligning corporate strategy mission vision and corporate values with executive compensation design. WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting with over 500 consultants worldwide. Our consultancy services are centred around different topics within the ECBA sphere and cover a broad range of disciplines including strategy corporate governance performance management ESG finance HR and psychology. We partner with the client to determine the most suitable solution to these issues.RoleDevelop trusted advisor relationships with client contacts through effective communication and efficient quality execution of all projectsEffectively draw conclusions, themes and trends from Talent & Rewards market themes; interpret and communicate results to high profile clientsLeverage intellectual capital that has been developed by the broader Talent & Rewards segment and tailor the content to meet the needs of clientsDevelop innovative measurement and data analytics and deliver integrated solutions that help our clients manage changeProvide leadership in designing annual equity stock and other long and short term incentive programmesEnhance the companys Talent and Rewards presence in the Executive Compensation marketplace through efforts that include developin affiliations in the professional community writing articles and delivering memorable noteworthy speeches/presentationsPartner with corporate marketing to develop creative marketing strategies and collateral materialsLead engagements for marquee Talent and Rewards clientsDevelop leveraged teams that work together effectivelyDevelop plans for execution of large engagementsEnsure project managers are maintaining team progress against established budget timeline and quality standardsEffectively promote Talent and Rewards value proposition both internally and externallyPrimary accountability for creating and executing a business strategy to penetrate the Executive Compensation market and introduce new clients to the firm in order to meet annual revenue goalsIdentify opportunities to cross-sell T&R products and servicesCoordinate with existing sales and client relationship teams to identify develop and close strategic sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accountsDevelop proposals and presentations as part of a teamResponsibilities-QualificationsExtensive experience in all aspects of Reward Management in the executive compensation sector ideally gained in both consulting and corporate environments experience in Talent Management is beneficialExperience in designing both long and short term incentive programmes and compensation structuresKnowledge of benchmarking products and services across Talent & RewardsRecognition as a trusted advisor by senior leaders in the HR communityDemonstrated success or strong evidence of the ability to generate new business with a strong market knowledge and established local networkProven ability to sell ideas and concepts to colleagues and upper managementProven project management skills including budget management diligent attention to detailsAbility to engage clients and colleagues at all levels through interpersonal influencing facilitation presentation and communication skillsSuperior analytical skillsProven business acumen and ability to align clients business strategies and total rewards/compensation programmes and structuresSelf-starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environment with a value for teamwork collaboration and decisiveness in all that is doneLeadership vision and proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionalsInterest and ability to travel domestically and globallyBachelors degree requiredWe are committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
