Job Description

The HR Director – Operations is responsible for leading and managing all HR operational functions across the organization. This role ensures the effective delivery of HR services including employee relations, HR policies, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, and HR systems while aligning with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & StrategyLead and oversee day-to-day HR operations across all business unitsDevelop and implement HR operational strategies aligned with business goalsEnsure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followedDrive HR process improvements and operational efficiencyEmployee Relations & EngagementOversee employee relations matters and resolve complex HR issuesPromote employee engagement initiatives and organizational cultureProvide guidance to leadership on people-related mattersTalent Management & Workforce PlanningPartner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational designSupport talent management initiatives including succession planningHR Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsManage HR audits and risk mitigation initiativesMaintain HR governance standards across operationsHR Systems & ReportingOversee HRIS and HR data managementDevelop HR dashboards and reports for leadershipUse data analytics to drive HR decision-makingLead and mentor HR operations teamDrive performance and professional development within HR teamQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, etc.)12–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roleStrong experience in HR operations and strategic HR managementExperience in large, multi-site organizations preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
