We are seeking a Director - Landscape who will take charge of creating enchanting and environmentally responsible landscapes that embody the essence of our ambitious development.In this pivotal role, you will lead the landscape architecture team, spearheading the vision and design of landscapes that not only elevate the aesthetics of our projects but also prioritize sustainability and ecological integrity. You will work closely with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of landscapes within Qiddiya's transformative environments.The ideal candidate will merge creativity with practical execution, possessing significant experience in leading large-scale landscape projects that leave a lasting impact.Core ResponsibilitiesEstablish and drive the overall landscape design strategy, aligning it with Qiddiya's vision for entertainment and leisureOversee all phases of landscape design projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutionsLead and mentor a diverse team of landscape architects, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growthCollaborate with other departments and external consultants to integrate landscape architecture into the broader project frameworkManage relationships with stakeholders, including community representatives and regulatory bodies, to support project development and seek approvalsEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards while promoting sustainable design practicesConduct site assessments and detailed analyses to inform effective landscape solutionsOversee budget management for landscape projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to timeline constraintsStay informed on industry trends and advances in sustainable landscape design and technologyDevelop and present project proposals and updates to leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in and supportRequirementsMaster's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field; professional accreditation (e.g., ASLA, CMLI) is an advantage10 - 15 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong focus on large, complex projects and team leadershipProven track record of successful project management from concept through completion, specifically in the entertainment or urban development sectorsA robust portfolio demonstrating creative and impactful landscape designsExpertise in sustainable design principles, environmental regulations, and landscape construction methodologiesStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teamsProficient in landscape design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and adept in project management toolsExperience managing project budgets and schedules efficiently without compromising qualityAbility to engage with diverse stakeholder groups to Consensus-building and problem-solving skillsA passion for innovation and a commitment to improving landscape design practicesBenefitsAttractive compensations and benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
