Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our executive leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the companys fiscal health and compliance.Oversee daily operations of the Finance department ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingDevelop and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies aligned with company goalsDirect and coordinate financial planning budgeting and forecasting processesAnalyze monthly operating results against budgets and provide insightful recommendationsLead cost efficiency initiatives and optimize financial performanceManage relationships with external financial partners including banks auditors and regulatory bodiesEnsure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations with particular attention to UAE standardsPrepare and present financial reports and analyses to the executive team and board of directorsOversee cash flow management and investment strategiesDirect financial audits and implement process improvementsDevelop and maintain a high-performing finance team through effective leadership mentoring and professional developmentCollaborate with other department heads to drive business growth and profitabilityQualifications : Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; MBA or Masters degree preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification highly desirableMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles with at least 3 years in a similar director-level capacityProven track record of strategic financial planning and executionStrong proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and analysisIn-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards including familiarity with UAE financial landscapeExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailOutstanding leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teamsStrong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiencesProficiency in MS Office suite particularly advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management softwareAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesDemonstrated business acumen and understanding of key performance indicatorsExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusVisionary mindset with the ability to drive innovation in financial processes and systemsAdditional Information : At Accor we are committed to diversity.
