This role leads and develops the sales organization, sets clear targets and performance metrics, and ensures consistent forecasting and pipeline discipline.Acting as a key business partner to Marketing, Product, and Finance, the Director of Sales identifies new opportunities, builds strategic relationships, and represents sales in company planning, budgeting, and external engagements.
