Our people are what define us, and we continually offer opportunities to help them further develop their skills, goals, and long-term career success.Requirements for Kitchen & Laundry TechnicianKitchen:Perform repair and maintenance duties on a wide range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial steamers & cookers, refrigerators, ice makers, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers.Install new equipment, repair leaks, ensure proper electrical wiring, control settings, and replace worn or malfunctioning parts.Extensive understanding of how various kitchen and refrigeration equipment operate.Excellent soldering and welding skills, using oxygen/propane.Ability to operate various tools safely and efficiently, and to maintain and service them.Ability to work independently without direct supervision and take responsibility for repairs.Strong knowledge of basic commercial refrigeration principles.Laundry:Deep knowledge of various laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, press irons, automatic folding machines, and other mobile tools.Thorough understanding of steam-operated installations and all related electrical and mechanical aspects.QualificationsMinimum diploma or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 3 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.At least 3 years of maintenance experience as a multi-skilled technician (kitchen, refrigeration, and laundry).Extensive knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including company accommodation, annual leave, duty meals, comprehensive health coverage, life and accident insurance, and service charge.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: AED3,000.00 per monthExperience: Kitchen & Laundry technician: 2 years (required)This job has no reviews yet.
