To learn more about our purpose, culture, and priorities, visit our strategy site.</p><p>Within our consult business we harness our unique combination of leading‑edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.</p><h3>The project</h3><p>MACE has been appointed to partner on a new project focusing on the events industry in the Kingdom and build cutting‑edge venues to host world‑class events in the culture, entertainment, tourism, and sports sectors. Venues will include indoor arenas, art galleries, theatre's, and conference centres, horse‑racing tracks, and motor racing tracks.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provides document management and general administrative support to the project team.</li><li>Organizes internal and external meetings, including presentations, documents, and equipment setup.</li><li>Maintains electronic file‑sharing systems such as SharePoint and Unifier.</li><li>Administers user access permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access.</li><li>Conducts quality checks on all incoming documents as per standard procedures.</li><li>Creates, updates, and manages distribution groups to ensure accurate information flow.</li><li>Maintains the project work package matrix and assigns documents accordingly.</li><li>Generates system reports as required by the project team.</li><li>Ensures compliance with key processes like the RFI process.</li><li>Develops workflows and process maps; arranges meetings and records minutes when needed.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Middle East experience.</li><li>Proficient in core IT systems, including Microsoft 365 (MS365) suite.</li><li>Experienced with project management and document control platforms such as Unifier, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and SharePoint.</li><li>Solid understanding of core construction processes and project information flows.</li></ul><h3>Additional notes</h3><p>Obtaining a visa in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is subject to a criminal record check, qualifications and may encounter age restrictions.</p><h3>Our values</h3><ul><li><b>Safety first - Going home safe and well:</b>We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.</li><li><b>Client focus - Deliver on our promise:</b>We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.</li><li><b>Integrity - Always do the right thing:</b>We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.</li><li><b>Create opportunity - For our people to excel:</b>We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.</li></ul><p>Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
