Job PurposeTo collect and deliver customer vehicles in line with the committed date and time, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan driving routes in advance to ensure timely and efficient journeys.Collect vehicles from customer locations as per the agreed schedule.Conduct proper vehicle inspections upon collection and delivery.Clearly document customer concerns.Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and detailed customer concerns.Remove and verify customer belongings before each transaction.Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable before delivery.Coordinate regular vehicle servicing and report any issues identified.Confirm that all reported customer concerns are resolved before returning the vehicle to the customer.Educational QualificationBasic educationWork ExperienceMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar fieldCompetenciesValid UAE driving licenceGood knowledge of local routesStrong customer service skillsAttention to detailGood time management skillsLanguagesEnglish#J-18808-Ljbffr
