If you understand what makes a scroll‑stopper convert, love scripting hooks that hit, and can direct UGC, statics, and motion assets with strategic precision, we want to talk.</p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><p>As our Creative Strategist, you’ll own end‑to‑end creative strategy for our hero SKUs — including pet health products, hair loss products, supplements, and accessories.</p><p>You’ll turn insights into thumb‑stopping, revenue‑driving creative across Meta, YouTube, and more.</p><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and lead multi‑SKU ad creative across the customer journey</li><li>Craft and test messaging angles, formats, and frameworks that drive conversions</li><li>Use customer reviews, performance data, and market trends to prioritize concepts</li></ul><h3>Scripting&Concepting</h3><ul><li>Regularly script the following:<ul><li>VSLs (Video Sales Letters)</li><li>UGC and VO‑led ads</li><li>Short‑form scripts and hooks</li><li>Static ad copy/concepts</li><li>Motion briefs (GIFs, animations)</li></ul></li><li>Ensure each concept is emotionally resonant, platform‑native, and conversion‑optimized</li></ul><h3>Review&Feedback Loop</h3><ul><li>Participate in review rounds with our in‑house producer/editor team</li><li>Provide clear, constructive feedback to elevate quality and align with brand tone</li></ul><h3>Cross‑functional Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Join weekly syncs with our internal creative and growth team</li><li>Collaborate on creator casting and brief development (we use Insense)</li><li>Recommend and help iterate on workflow improvements and testing strategy</li></ul><h3>Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>Consistent delivery of high‑impact creative that boosts ROAS</li><li>Strong understanding of ecommerce trends, ad psychology, and performance hooks</li><li>Ability to work fast without sacrificing polish</li><li>Willingness to go above and beyond during campaign pushes or launches</li></ul><h3>Toolkit</h3><ul><li>You’ve developed creative for DTC brands in wellness, personal care, pet, or similar spaces</li><li>Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager data or know how to read performance feedback</li><li>You can script, concept, and brief editors or animators</li><li>Not afraid to jump on Slack or join calls — communication matters here</li></ul><h3>Deliverables&Compensation</h3><ul><li>11 scripts per week (Statics, Elevenlabs/UGC, Iterations, VSLs)</li><li>Flexibility for fast scale‑up if we hit a groove</li><li>Open to creative tests before long‑term scope agreement</li></ul><h3>Work from Anywhere</h3><h3>Competitive Salary</h3><h3>Flexible Hours</h3><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>3–7+ years of experience in DTC eCommerce, performance marketing, or creative strategy</li><li>Proven experience driving growth through paid media creative</li><li>Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative best practices</li><li>Strong grasp of eCommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, MER</li><li>Ability to turn data and insights into actionable creative direction</li><li>Experience writing emotionally resonant copy</li><li>Experience in guiding creative teams</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
