E-Commerce Manager

We are a leading marketplace in the solar and renewable energy sector connecting suppliers distributors and customers to drive sustainable growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace. The ideal candidate will have 5 8 years of e-commerce management experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of online platforms, vendor onboarding, product listings and digital growth strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce operations of our solar marketplace.Develop and execute growth strategies to increase product listings, traffic and conversions.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate content, pricing and availability.Implement SEO, SEM and digital marketing initiatives to enhance visibility.Monitor website performance analytics and customer experience to ensure seamless operations.Lead platform improvements in collaboration with technical and design teams.Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in e-commerce and the solar industry.Requirements5 8 years of e-commerce management experience in Dubai/UAE.Proven track record of driving revenue and operational efficiency through online platforms.Strong knowledge of marketplace models, product catalogs and vendor management.Understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and performance marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Prior exposure to solar, renewable energy or related industries is an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a fast‑growing solar marketplace.A collaborative environment focused on innovation and sustainability.If you are interested please share your CV to Solar sales, Sales & BDM, PV Modules, Commercial & residential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
