We are hiring for Eastern Tabani General Contracting CompanyJob DescriptionTo ensure all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) installation, testing, and commissioning activities are executed in compliance with approved project specifications, codes, and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality assurance.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and verify Electrical & Instrumentation works as per project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.Conduct inspections for cable laying, glanding & termination, panel installation, lighting, earthing, and other E&I systems.Witness and review testing procedures including insulation resistance, continuity, loop checking, functional testing, and calibration of instruments.Monitor contractors’ adherence to approved ITPs, method statements, and quality plans.Raise and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and coordinate corrective actions.Maintain accurate inspection records, test reports, and documentation for client submission.Liaise with client/consultant representatives for inspections and approvals.Ensure E&I activities comply with international codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and project-specific requirements.Mandatory RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.Minimum 5+ years of experience in E&I QC Inspection (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or EPC projects preferred).Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, ISA).Familiar with project quality procedures, ITPs, and QA/QC documentation.Certification in QC/Inspection (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASNT Level II in NDT – desirable).Strong technical knowledge of E&I systems and quality requirements.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and standards.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders under strict deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
