E-Learning Systems Administrator

As an E-Learning Systems Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for the management and support of our e-learning platforms and systems. Your primary duties will include the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of e-learning software and applications. You will ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for all users by providing technical support, managing content, and collaborating with instructional designers to enhance the delivery of educational material.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain e-learning management systems, ensuring high availability and performanceAssist with the installation and configuration of e-learning software applications and related toolsProvide technical support and training to instructors and learners on the use of e-learning platformsManage online course creation, content upload, and user access permissionsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning systemsCollaborate with instructional designers to implement updates and enhancements to the e-learning content and systemsMonitor system usage and analyze performance data to optimize e-learning deliveryKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional technologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field2-4 years of experience in administering e-learning systems or similar platformsStrong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologiesExperience with content authoring tools and multimedia softwareExcellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly and effectivelyEffective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with instructional design principles and practices is a plusPreferred QualificationsExperience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or CanvasKnowledge of SCORM and xAPI standards for e-learning contentExperience with analytics tools to track e-learning effectiveness and user engagementCertifications related to e-learning or instructional design are a bonusProactive approach to staying informed on emerging trends in e-learning technologyBenefitsOpportunity to work with a talented and passionate teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageExciting projects and innovative work environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
