E-Learning Systems Developer

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented E‑Learning Systems Developer to join our innovative team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining e‑learning applications and systems that facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to implement robust e‑learning solutions tailored to meet educational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy interactive e‑learning content and applications using appropriate technologiesCollaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure that e‑learning modules are accessible, user‑friendly, and compatible across different devices and platformsIntegrate multimedia elements such as graphics, audio, and video into e‑learning content to enhance user engagementConduct testing and debugging to maintain the functionality and quality of e‑learning solutionsManage updates and improvements to existing e‑learning systems based on user feedback and performance analyticsImplement tracking and reporting features to monitor learner progress and outcomesStay current with e‑learning technologies, tools, and industry trends to continually improve development practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field2-4 years of experience in developing e‑learning applications or instructional technology solutionsProficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworksExperience with e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is highly desirableStrong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration of e‑learning contentFamiliarity with SCORM, xAPI, and other e‑learning standardsExcellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience in graphic design and multimedia developmentKnowledge of user experience (UX) design principlesFamiliarity with database management and server‑side programmingExperience with data analytics and tracking for e‑learning platformsCertifications in e‑learning development or instructional design are a plusBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
