The role requires working closely with educators to identify challenges and design bespoke solutions that enhance teaching effectiveness and improve learning outcomes. It demands a strong understanding of pedagogical trends, curriculum requirements, and modern classroom practices. The role involves extensive domestic travel for institutional visits and direct engagement with key decision‑makers.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on‑site visits and deliver high‑impact presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to drive product adoption.Translate institutional requirements into tailored offerings to support both curriculum alignment and programme implementation.Participate in relevant conferences and events to showcase solutions and strengthen brand presence.Monitor competitor activity and sector trends to inform strategic planning, market positioning, and engagement frameworks.Proactively build a pipeline of prospective institutions through targeted outreach, professional networking, and market penetration.Cultivate robust, long‑term relationships with educators and institutional leaders to ensure successful implementation and sustained satisfaction.Plan and manage travel schedules efficiently to ensure comprehensive territory coverage and high‑touch service delivery.Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and market feedback within internal reporting systems.Maintain full alignment with internal policies, academic protocols, and approved business conduct.Requirements and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree or higher in education, English, linguistics, or a related field.Native‑level fluency in English, with excellent professional communication and drafting skills.Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom.Minimum of three years’ experience in teaching, educational consultancy, or ELT sales, ideally with a proven track record in curriculum implementation or international education programmes.Good commercial awareness and understanding of the education market in Saudi Arabia.Strong grasp of curriculum frameworks, educational standards, and modern teaching methodologies, with the ability to translate academic requirements into practical, solution‑based recommendations.Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision‑makers.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and management teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and territory logistics effectively.High level of digital literacy and proficiency in standard business software and CRM systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
