As the Project Manager, it will be your job to ensure the successful completion and execution of projects and/or contracts that have been assigned to the team. You must have experience in Electrical Installations / Integrated Hardware Systems to be considered for this.You will be applying your experience, knowledge and expertise to meet project objectives and requirements to deliver error free and high quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesManaging ResourcesDelegating and looking after Tasks and ActivitiesIdentifying and managing onsite and offsite risksIdentifying and achieving technical & commercial milestonesAttend site meetings, guide and manage team members on siteExecuting change ordersEnsuring timely delivery and installation of solutionsEnsuring that the site personnel follow company and site HSE policiesCoordinating and submitting Bank Guarantees, Warranties & InsurancesInitiating, scheduling and managing vendors, subcontractors, consultants and clients.Ensuring compliance to QA & QC standards as and when applicableMotivating your team at all times to ensure highest delivery of potentialCommunicating with project stakeholders, team members, peers and the senior management smoothly.As the Project Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure error‑free documentation and certification for every project. You will be leading a team of juniors and thus must possess and display good leadership qualities.Language RequirementsArabic – Fluent / ExcellentEnglish – Fluent / ExcellentOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsA degree / Post Graduate in engineering or pure sciences.
