From helping clients strengthen their financial reporting and governance practices to contributing to strategic advisory and transformation initiatives, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to real-world challenges from day one.This role is designed for ambitious UAE nationals who are eager to build professional capabilities, develop technical expertise, and accelerate their career in a supportive, inclusive, and people‑focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clients research to understand their business operations, risks, and industry contextSupport planning and execution of audit, advisory, and consulting engagements under senior guidanceReview client documentation, perform audit tests, and maintain complete and accurate project working papersAssist in fieldwork for internal audit, regulatory, or risk-focused assignments depending on engagement needsGather and analyse data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop structured reports, recommendations, and close-out documentation for client presentations and internal reviewsMaintain client satisfaction by responding to queries promptly and professionallyContribute to planning, exit, and discussion meetings while supporting strong working relationshipsAssist in preparing proposals, methodology materials, and client-facing documents for prospective engagementsCollaborate with team members to support end-to-end engagement deliveryCommunicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writingUphold firm values, professionalism, accuracy, and high-quality delivery throughout all engagementsCriteria for SuccessBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Science or related fieldsSpecialist tracks (FCC, Regulatory, VAT): Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalentStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, numeracy and problem‑solving skillsExcellent written and spoken EnglishIndependent thinker, proactive, able to work under pressureAgile, growth‑oriented, strong interpersonal and presentation skillsOur ValuesWe’re looking for people who have a strong connection with and share our CLEARR values:Collaboration: We work together, share ideas, and always make time to help each other out.Leadership: Everyone has the chance to lead their own projects.Excellence: Quality is central to our purpose.
