The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and a proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver effective English proficiency training programs for individuals and groupsConduct pre-assessments to identify the specific needs and learning goals of each studentDevelop customized lesson plans and materials based on the students’ level and learning objectivesUtilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate studentsMonitor and track students’ progress and provide regular feedback and evaluationsPrepare students for the IELTS exam, focusing on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speakingStay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam and adjust teaching methods accordinglyCollaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for studentsParticipate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledgeQualifications:Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related fieldTeaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.)Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to non-native speakersProven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higherExcellent command of the English language, both written and spokenStrong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirementsFamiliarity with a variety of teaching methods and techniquesAbility to adapt to different learning styles and needsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPassion for teaching and a strong commitment to student successContract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
