Enterprise Business Architect Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesMap the end-to-end investment lifecycle to identify and document business capabilities, including areas that are currently siloed or missing.Lead operations mapping and wealth lifecycle process improvements, helping transition away from manual and person-dependent tasks.Extract and structure tribal knowledge into repeatable workflows and standardized processes.Build a Global Capability Map to provide a clear visual representation of the firm’s capabilities and future evolution.Translate business strategy into business architecture products and services, ensuring alignment with governance, policy, and oversight requirements.Define and develop the Target Operating Model (TOM) to support scalable organizational growth.Provide strategic advisory and deliver operating model–centric solutions to senior stakeholders.Identify opportunities for business innovation and develop initiatives aligned with the business architecture roadmap.Build strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across the organization.RequirementsStrong experience in Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Strategy Transformation.Experience with investment lifecycle, wealth management operations, or financial services transformation.Knowledge of industry frameworks and capability mapping.Proven business change leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.If you are interested or know someone suitable, please feel free to share your CV Abishake Kosman : abishake.kosman@tmc-employeneurs.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
