This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales and banking domain expertise, focused on driving revenue from banks, financial institutions, and fintech partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.About The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales / Account Manager to drive growth across banking accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing strong client relationships, and working closely with internal product and delivery teams to convert opportunities into successful engagements.The ideal candidate will bring solid experience selling technology solutions or services to banks or financial institutions, along with a strong understanding of the Saudi banking ecosystem.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end sales cycle for banking technology solutions including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Develop and manage strategic accounts within banks and financial institutions to drive revenue growth and expand existing relationships.Identify new opportunities within corporate banking, payments, digital banking, and treasury segments.Participate in RFP/RFI responses, prepare commercial proposals, and support contract negotiations with procurement and legal teams.Build and maintain relationships with business and technology stakeholders within banks to position relevant technology solutions.Work closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to design solutions that meet client requirements and ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.Provide regular updates on pipeline status, market trends, and account activity to sales leadership.Skills & Qualifications Must-Have5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within banking technology, fintech, or IT services.Proven experience working with banks or financial institutions, preferably within the GCC / Saudi market.Strong understanding of banking products and technology platforms such as payments, digital banking, treasury, or core banking systems.Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes and commercial proposal development for technology or services deals.Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and pipeline management.Ability to build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders within banking organizations.Fluent in English; ability to work on-site across client locations in Saudi Arabia.Skills: technology solutions,technology,enterprise sales,key account management,financial institutions,sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
