All positions are full-time UAE-based and require strong GCC experience with preference given to candidates with RTA project exposure.About the Role:The Program Controller will be responsible for project planning scheduling progress monitoring and performance reporting across all workstreams. This role ensures alignment between design procurement construction and commissioning activities enabling timely and efficient project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalentMonitor progress identify delays and propose recovery strategiesPrepare dashboards progress reports and S-curves for senior management and stakeholdersSupport cost loading earned value analysis and resource planningLiaise with engineering, construction and commercial teams to align timelines and deliverablesRequirements:MSc/BSc in Engineering or Project ManagementMinimum 15 years experience in project controls/scheduling for metro rail or infrastructure projectsExpert in Primavera P6 MS Project and project controls toolsStrong understanding of FIDIC contracts and integrated project deliveryPrior UAE or GCC experience preferred; familiarity with RTA procedures is an advantageWhy Join UsAt Surbana Jurong we bring together talent teamwork innovation and a dynamic workplace to solve complex challenges creatively and collaboratively.
