<div><p>This is a remote position.</p><p><b>Job Title:</b>Epic ClinDoc Analyst</p><p><b>Start Date:</b>3/1/2026</p><p><b>Duration:</b>18 months</p><p><b>Daily Working Hours:</b>Full-Time</p><p><b>Travel:</b>100% travel</p><p><b>*No 3rd Parties Please*</b></p><h3>Project Scope</h3><p>We are seeking an Epic ClinDoccertified analyst to support a major Epic initiative in Dubai across inpatient units and interdisciplinary clinical teams. The project includes ongoing documentation optimization new-build initiatives clinical workflow alignment and the enhancement of clinical decision support tools and inpatient charting structures.</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst to support the design build and optimization of inpatient clinical documentation workflows. This role ensures that nursing providers and allied health teams have accurate efficient and compliant documentation tools to support high-quality patient care across the organization.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Build and configure Epic ClinDoc components including flowsheets navigators SmartForms documentation templates and interdisciplinary charting tools.</li><li>Partner with clinical stakeholders to gather workflow requirements and translate them into scalable documentation design.</li><li>Configure clinical decision support elements such as BPAs SmartSets SmartTools and embedded documentation workflows.</li><li>Perform unit integrated and UAT testing; troubleshoot documentation issues and collaborate with cross-module teams (Orders Stork Willow Radiant Beaker).</li><li>Support training teams workflow alignment activities go-live readiness and postgo-live stabilization and optimization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Epic ClinDoc certification required.</li><li>3 years of Epic ClinDoc build/support experience preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of inpatient nursing workflows interdisciplinary documentation and clinical decision support.</li><li>Experience supporting large multi-hospital systems or international healthcare environments preferred.</li><li>Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to travel onsite full-time as required for workflow sessions validation training support and go-live activities.</li></ul><h3>Travel Requirements</h3><p>100% onsite travel required throughout the duration of the project.
