Al Hosn, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 01/12/2026ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and fix issues encountered during software/application implementation and provide timely user support.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical changes, fixes, and system configurations.Administer the company’s ERP system such as users, roles, permissions.Configure workflows, forms, approvals, and reports.Monitor ERP performance and resolve system errors.Provide Training to the staff on ERP usage and best practices.Coordinate with ERP providers for technical support or customization.Manage company apps -maintenance app, CRM, HR app, POS, or any internal softwareManage all company applications such as all modules of Zoho One, Tally, CRM, HR systems, mobile apps, POS, or any internal/external software.Perform periodic updates, backups, and basic system maintenance.Test new features or modules before deployment to the operations team.Support and assist with any new software implementation or upgrade in the organization.Handle integrations between ERP, CRM, and other company apps.Test new features before launching to operations.Assist employees with system access, login issues, and general usage.Prepare user guides or quick training materials.Ensure all staff follow correct processes inside the ERP/app systems.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.Analyze existing code to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and logical errors.Perform developer-end coding, modifications, and fixes as per organizational workflow.Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services, APIs, and server-side components.Handle integrations between ERP, CRM, and other company applications.Test new features or modules before deployment to operations.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.Maintain clear documentation of technical changes, fixes, and configurations.Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.Support basic IT tasks when needed -reset passwords, email setup, etc.Coordinate with ERP/application providers for technical support or customization.Generate operational and management reports when required.Support departments with custom dashboards and analytics.Ensure smooth system stabilization during the ongoing transition phase.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in ERP or application administration.Experience with Zoho one, Tally, CRM systems, SAP s/4 Hana, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.Understanding of system workflows, integrations, and data structures.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to train and support non-technical users.Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.Basic knowledge of databases, cloud systems, and integrations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and training ability.Basic IT knowledge is a plus -network, hardware, security.Good communication skills in English Mandatory.Prefered Communication language Ukraine/Romania / Moldova/ Arabic.#J-18808-Ljbffr
