Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the design process for office interior and fit-out projects from concept to executionCoordinate with clients to understand design briefs, space planning, and functional requirementsPrepare and review design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed drawingsEnsure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project budgetsCoordinate with estimation, project, and site teams for design feasibility and value engineeringManage design approvals, revisions, and authority submissions where requiredSupervise and guide designers, draftsmen, and external consultantsEnsure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedulesDesired Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methodsProficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and presentation softwareExcellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skillsBachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
