Your expertise will be pivotal in menu development, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.Embrace this chance to excel in a luxurious dining environment while contributing to the culinary reputation of this renowned property.Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.Contribute to menu development, focusing on seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and taste.Train and mentor kitchen staff to build a strong, cohesive team.Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and control food costs.Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.You will report directly to the Director of Culinary.Maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment at all times.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level culinary position, particularly as an Executive Sous Chef.Strong background in European cuisine and fine dining practices.Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing a diverse kitchen team.Proven track record of menu design and food cost management.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
