Event ManagerLocation: Dubai UAESalary: AED per monthLanguage Requirement: Russian speaker preferred but not essentialNationality: OpenRole OverviewWe are currently hiring an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, exhibitions and international roadshows. This role offers the opportunity to manage prestigious global events and create exceptional brand experiences across the UAE, UK and Europe.The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end event lifecycle working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and international vendors to deliver seamless and impactful events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, conferences and corporate eventsManage event budgets, track expenditure and ensure financial objectives are met while maximising value and cost efficiencySource, negotiate and manage relationships with vendors including venues, AV suppliers, catering partners and promotional material providersAct as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and deliveredOversee event logistics, timelines and operational execution to ensure flawless deliveryCoordinate international events across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local requirements and standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, government entities and industry partnersConduct post-event evaluations and reporting to assess performance and identify improvement opportunitiesRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience organising high-profile events, exhibitions and roadshowsExperience within real estate development or a related corporate sector is highly preferredProven track record managing both small-scale and large-scale international eventsExceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailStrong budget management and negotiation capabilitiesExperience managing multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to travel frequently across the EU, UK and UAEFlexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by event schedulesDue to frequent EU travel, candidates must be eligible for visa-free EU travel or hold EU citizenshipBenefitsCompetitive salary package (AED 12k–15k)Exposure to prestigious international events and global marketsHigh-impact role with autonomy and ownershipDynamic fast-paced working environment with international travel#J-18808-Ljbffr
