Objective: Create reports, format data & create flatfiles using formulas, pivot tables, advanced filters and other advanced Excel features. Independently working to retrieve data from various sources (PDF, CSV, DAT etc.) and organize the data into required formats suitable for EDI exchange using Macros.Main responsibilities:Supporting Customs Brokerage Department compiling and organizing data from raw data files into required formats.Adherence to company procedures and productivity standards.Maintain high productivity and ensure smooth flow of files.Continuous self-development by attending training classes and accumulate the required number of training hours.Complete tasks and assignments on time and to the best of your abilities.Be organized and detail oriented in every task that you take on.Reporting to: Customs Brokerage SupervisorOther interactions: Customer Service TeamNumber required: 1Duration: PermanentDesired start date: ImmediatelyProbation: 3 monthsWorking hours: 8 am - 5 pm.
