The firm is known for its unique digital innovation strategies, commitment to sustainability, and ability to drive meaningful growth across its portfolio.Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant for our client's Abu Dhabi office, to provide extensive support to a senior management team across the region to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate is driven, adaptable, thrives in high-intensity environments, preferably with experience supporting private equity teams, investment banking, front office or deal teams.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level EA support to 6-7 professionals in a senior management team, including managing their calendars, scheduling and day-to-day assistanceCoordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation and transfersLiaise with investors, clients and different stakeholders with utmost discretion and professionalismPrepare and ensure proper formatting of business documents, presentation slides and client notesAssist with any office administration or HR administration duties as and when requiredRequirements:Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant within front-office/deal teams. Prior experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity would be highly advantageousFluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory to liaise with regional stakeholdersMotivated, organised and able to deliver assigned work promptly in high-intensity environmentsHandles documents with strict confidentiality and utmost professionalismGrowth-oriented mindset and high level of commitment and adaptability, with the ability to multitaskProactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arisePositive attitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders effectivelyThis role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to work as part of a high-performing team, gaining firsthand exposure to global transactions and high-pressure deals, while also leveraging your strong foundational EA skillset to elevate the team's performance to the next level.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
