Egis has long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services, making it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.Job DescriptionManage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executivesAct as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all timesPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracyHandle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretionOrganize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalCoordinate and assist with the planning of corporate events and meetingsScreen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and visitorsPerform general office management duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipmentAssist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by executivesQualificationsSaudi national with fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environmentExceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent time management and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated experience in calendar management and travel coordinationProficiency in operating standard office equipmentIn-depth knowledge of Saudi business etiquette and cultural normsFamiliarity with Saudi labor laws and regulationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all mattersExcellent interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanorFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureProactive approach to work with strong attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
