Line of Service: Internal Firm ServicesIndustry/Sector: Not ApplicableSpecialism: IFS - AdministrationManagement Level: Senior AssociateJob Description & Summary: A career in Administration and Secretarial Services within Internal Firm Services gives you the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receive and direct incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arrange business travel, track expenses, and coordinate meeting arrangements. To provide secretarial support to 3‑5 allocated partners, directors, or other critical roles on a full‑time basis, with ad‑hoc coverage as assigned by the Office Manager or EA Manager.ResponsibilitiesFinancial – Adhere to budgetCustomer – Diary management; extensive online diary management; book appointments and arrange meetings; update as required; ensure executives get to meetings on time with appropriate documentation; act as backup managing other executives and principals’ diaries when their EAs are not availableCall management – Handle and screen calls for executives; take and pass messages to executives in a timely mannerEmail management – Monitor executives’ email inboxes when they are out of the office or in meetings and take action as necessaryClient relationships – Maintain and build good working relationships with executives’ clients and their assistants via phone and email communication; assist other EAs during busy periodsInternal Process – Meetings – Pro‑active planning for meetings and follow‑up actions (documents, papers needed); organise local internal and external meetings including catering and IT requirements; meet and greet visitorsPartner and Executive general adminQualificationsEducation – Bachelor’s degreeLanguage – Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantageOverall Experience – 3 years experience in an administrative roleSpecific Experience – Experience with a professional services firm preferredKnowledge and Skills – Strong organisational skills; ability to act on own initiative and suggest solutions; good oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills; professional telephone manner; work under pressure; team player; warm, friendly and professional demeanorTravel Requirements: 0%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship: YesGovernment Clearance Required: Yes#J-18808-Ljbffr
