In this role you'll manage day-to-day priorities, communications, and logistics at an executive level with confidence and discretion.You’ll work closely with our Administrative Assistant in Bundall Queensland and collaborate with the wider EA team to make sure everything is coordinated seamlessly and our executive support is second to none.How You’ll ShineAct as the primary liaison and gatekeeper for the Senior Vice President of Resort OperationsManage email inbox, complex calendar, and global travel logisticsDraft, proofread and format executive-level documents and communicationsCoordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actionsOrganise bi-annual Executive Offsites and company eventsHandle expense reports, approvals and board communicationsSupport VIP travel guest logistics and internal/external liaisonMaintain organisational charts, passwords and system access recordsCoordinate YPO-related communications and meetingsProvide flexible support outside standard hours when requiredWhat You’ll BringProven experience supporting senior executives (C‑suite or SVP level)Ability to manage sensitive confidential matters with professionalismStrong time management, multitasking and prioritisation skillsAdvanced MS Office skills; shorthand and minute-taking are essentialExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsA team player with a customer‑first mindset and a strong work ethicWillingness to travel occasionally for events and executive supportHow You’ll be RewardedProfessional development fundingDiscounted hotel stays across Australia, Fiji and New ZealandGreat career development opportunitiesBirthday LeaveWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel Leisure Co.
