The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative, delicious and high-quality dishes with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients. They will also be expected to manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining setting. They should be passionate about food and have an excellent knowledge of international cuisine. The successful candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. We are open to considering candidates from all backgrounds and nationalities, including immigrants.Responsibilities:• Develop new recipes and menus according to customer demand• Ensure that all dishes prepared meet the highest quality standards• Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and overseeing training• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchenRequirements:• Minimum two years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining setting• Passionate about food with an excellent knowledge of international cuisine• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written• Ability to work effectively as part of a teamThis job has no reviews yet.
