The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff in order to prepare and serve high quality food for our customers.The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and creating new dishes, as well as a deep understanding of international cuisine. A good knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and tools is essential, as well as an ability to work with a range of ingredients. The candidate must also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a large kitchen staff.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:A minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen environmentA degree or diploma in culinary arts or equivalentExcellent leadership and communication skillsExceptional organizational abilitiesAn understanding of international cuisineKnowledge of current food trendsAbility to work under pressure within tight deadlinesWe are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.
