Executive Chef vacancy in Ajman UAEin a five-star hotelWe are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team at a five-star hotel in Ajman. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a five-star hotel.The duties of the Executive Chef include overseeing the entire kitchen staff, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to fulfill their duties and that kitchen safety protocols are followed. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for creating menus, planning meals, ordering supplies, controlling the budget and ensuring quality control in the kitchen.The successful candidate must be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership skills are essential as is excellent communication and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to motivate their team while staying organized and focused on quality.The salary for this position is 900 per month and we are willing to consider foreigners for this position.
