Core role is ALM Trader G10 & AEDPrice marker of wholesale liquidity. Market facing on short term liquidity instruments.Optimization of short term liquidity within liquidity risk appetite of the bankContribute to the interest/Basis risk positioning within market risk appetite of the bank.Market making of FX AED up to 1 month maintaining no.1 market standingMBILL market maker.Contribute and assist the EIBOR processMaximize desk process efficiency.Support economic value creation for the bankDevelop internal and external relationship.Contribute to cross function projects within a collaborative environmentRetain flexibility across the ALM business to ensure coverage.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage nostros funding & interest rate gaps within liquidity and market risk appetite of the bank and regulatory requirementsContinually interface with desk head to ensure all positions are transparent and aligned to the strategic view.Enhance the FAB framework to ensure we maintain our position in the marketContinually interface with desk head to ensure all positions are transparent and aligned to the strategic view.Work in a FAB team environment and align ALM business to FAB strategySupport the sales and coverage teams; continuously keep sales updated on development in relevant marketsWork with other international FAB centers to optimize group liquidity ensuring one consistent FAB offering globallyPass on experience across the FAB network developing new trading strategiesSpecific Accountability:Contribute to FAB EIBOR manage MBill dealership within the framework defined by FAB.The ALM team is independent to the core GM sales and trading teams .FRAMEWORKS BOUNDARIES & DECISIONMAKING AUTHORITY:Capital and Market dealing conventionsRules set by regulatory bodies affecting the Global businessFAB internal regulations / Risk Limits / Approved Products / Dealing Manual / Dealer MandateQualifications :Minimum QualificationIn depth knowledge of all financial market product and operationsProven track record on managing risk / liquidity effectively to deliver consistent financial performanceIT Fluency / quantitative skills.Minimum Experience10 years experience of trading and managing risk at a leading international bankRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
