Executive Director – Asset Management

Our client is a government-aligned entity managing a diversified portfolio of real estate and infrastructure assets across the UAE. The organisation is focused on long-term asset value and performance optimisation.The RoleThe Executive Director will lead asset management strategy across commercial mixed-use and infrastructure assets. This role will oversee asset performance leasing strategy lifecycle planning and capex prioritisation. A key responsibility will be maximising asset value while ensuring operational sustainability. The Director will work closely with development finance and operations teams. The role will also interface with investors government stakeholders and external partners. Long-term portfolio planning and governance will be central to the mandate.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in real estate or infrastructure asset management. Strong exposure to portfolio-level performance management is essential. Experience operating in the UAE or with government-linked entities is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial acumen governance maturity and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing large complex asset portfolios is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
