Role Summary We are seeking a highly dedicated and professional Executive Personal Assistant to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and provide comprehensive support to a high-profile principal. This is a demanding and rewarding hybrid role that blends executive-level administrative duties with personal lifestyle management. The successful candidate will serve as the principal's right-hand, ensuring seamless execution of both business and personal affairs with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can anticipate needs and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be entrusted with managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and serving as a key liaison across all business and personal stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support Full ownership of the principal's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination Screening and managing all incoming communications Drafting and formatting correspondence, reports, and presentations Preparing briefing materials and ensuring the principal is fully prepared for all engagements Managing confidential documents and information with absolute discretion Personal Affairs Management Coordinating all domestic and international travel arrangements Managing personal appointments, reservations, and lifestyle logistics Acting as a trusted liaison between the principal and external parties Handling sensitive personal matters with the highest level of professionalism Business Coordination Supporting the principal across business operations and stakeholder management Tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups Coordinating with internal and external teams on behalf of the principal. Acting as a trusted liaison between the principal and external parties Skills Native Arabic speaker with business-level English proficiency Willingness and ability to travel internationally (domestic and international) Prior experience in a high-profile, private office, or UHNW environment is a strong advantage Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure Absolute discretion and the highest standards of confidentiality Mature, composed, and professional demeanor at all times Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member Strong active listening skills; able to receive and execute instructions with precision A fast learner with genuine eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving priorities Competence in managing home-related financial planning and household expense tracking, ensuring all orders are fulfilled to the principal's exact specifications Broad computer literacy and ease with business software platforms Willingness to undertake additional duties as directed by the principal or direct manager
