Key Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to MD.Manage and coordinate for property, building maintenance related work as per MD’s guidelines.Prepare correspondence and stuff mail into envelopes.Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.Coordinates office management activities.Takes and transcribes dictation.Maintain office stationery and upkeep of assets.#J-18808-Ljbffr
