Job Description

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented Experience Designer with 5 to 10 years of experience and CCXP certification for a 6-month project aimed at enhancing our customer experience design capabilities. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional experiences across our digital platforms while leveraging your expertise in customer experience principles.As an Experience Designer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including product management and development, to create user‑centered solutions that address our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting in‑depth user research, creating journey maps, developing wireframes and prototypes, and gathering user feedback to iteratively improve designs. This project presents a unique opportunity to impact our strategic initiatives and help shape our customer experience vision.ResponsibilitiesLead and conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviorsDevelop detailed customer journey maps and personas to guide design initiativesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applicationsCollaborate with product teams to define design specifications and ensure alignment with business objectivesFacilitate design reviews, user testing sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and feedbackIterate on designs based on findings from user feedback and usability testingStay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience designRequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or a related field5 to 10 years of experience in experience design, UX/UI design, or related roles, with a robust portfolio showcasing your design processes and outcomesCCXP certification is requiredProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar softwareStrong understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologiesExperience in designing responsive applications for diverse platforms (web and mobile)Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teamsKnowledge of front‑end development technologies is an advantagePreferred qualificationsProven experience conducting user research and usability testingExperience in creating customer journey maps and other experience design artifactsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and best practices in designInnovative mindset with a strong focus on customer‑centric solutions5+ years of experience in leading design engagements or projects is preferredSoft SkillsExcellent visual design skills with the ability to create engaging user experiencesA collaborative spirit, with a passion for working in dynamic team environmentsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality design outcomes#J-18808-Ljbffr
