This role is designed for a motivated individual to transition into the Restaurant Manager position as the restaurant grows. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.Key Responsibilities:Host Responsibilities (Initial Phase):Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience.Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback, maintaining exceptional hospitality standards.F&B Supervision and Restaurant Operations:Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Transition to Restaurant Manager:Take full ownership of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality and consistency in offerings.Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.Qualifications:Proven experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservations, food safety, and inventory management.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience hosting or managing at a high-end restaurant or dining establishment.Formal training or certification in hospitality management.Benefits & Compensation:Opportunities for professional growth and advancement to Restaurant Manager.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Similar Job Titles in Dubai:Restaurant SupervisorHospitality ManagerF&B ManagerGuest Relations ManagerDining Room ManagerTo Apply:Please fill in all the fields and submit your CV to this job post.#J-18808-Ljbffr
