Façade Designer

Design and detail façade systems including curtain walls, aluminium cladding, structural glazing, and unitized panels.Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings as per project requirements and standards.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.Provide technical support during site installation and resolve design-related issues.Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.Optimize design for cost-effectiveness, structural performance, and thermal performance.Support project management in material selection and procurement.Preferred Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in façade design within the aluminium industry.Familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., Staad Pro, SAP2000) is a plus.Good understanding of UAE building codes and standards related to façades and glazing.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Currently residing in the UAE.
