Facade land surveyor

Meraki Group is looking for a talented Facade Land Surveyor to join our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing land surveys related to the facade design and construction of buildings, with a focus on accuracy, detail, and adherence to specifications. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that all facade elements are executed flawlessly and meet project standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct land surveys to assess the physical characteristics of sites where facades will be installedProvide accurate measurements and data to assist with facade design and coordinationUtilize surveying equipment and technology to gather data for reportsReview plans and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and standardsWork with project teams to identify potential issues or discrepancies related to facade installationsPrepare detailed documentation and reports based on survey findingsAssist in site inspections and quality assurance checks during construction phasesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably with a focus on facade workStrong proficiency in surveying software and toolsKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in facade constructionExcellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Join Us?You’ll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
