OverviewLocation: UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Facilities Head with a strong background in Hotel, Hospitality, and Facilities Management.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all facilities operations, ensuring efficient and reliable services.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.Direct and mentor facilities teams to achieve operational excellence.Prepare reports and advise management on improvements and cost-saving measures.RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).Minimum of 8 years experience in facilities management, preferably in hotels or hospitality.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience in VVIP or high-profile environments within the GCC will be an advantage.CompensationAED 40,000 - 50,000 per month + benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
